CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

As a Nursing Aide or aspiring Health Care Professional, you need to know how to act in the event of an emergency. One kind of emergency that you will likely face in your future profession is when someone’s heart stops beating or is unable to breathe properly. What do you do?

At Texas Institute of Health Careers, we provide you with the structured training and instruction in administering CPR or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. This is a first aid technique that is executed using chest compressions and rescue breaths to keep blood and oxygen circulating in the body until the patient regains his or her breath – or when medical assistance arrives at the scene.

We currently hold training workshops for first time CPR Certifications and Renewals. Please call 832-545-7352 for available schedules.
